Holiday Condo Rates: $155.00 per night, $1,000.00 per week, monthly rates available on request*. One time cleaning fee charged for all rentals of $115.00. 50% deposit required to book. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons. Refundable security deposit $300.00. All rates are Net.
