Sea Gate Suite' is a one of two self contained suites in Sea Gate House which is located just 6 houses from beautiful Lucayan Beach on Grand Bahama Island. Sea Gate Suite is now available for short or long-term lease, and is proud to offer you the following:

. central air-conditioning
. bedroom and living room ceiling fans

. attractive and bright foyer, with natural light
. two bedrooms and two private bathrooms, as follows:

~ Master, with white Queen poster bed; spacious closet with two wooden louvered sliding doors; large window overlooking yard (sea side), plus sliding glass doors opening on to patio and pool area; the adjacent private bath contains large, glass-door enclosed shower, vanity, sink and toilet, as well as an automatic washer & dryer (stacked), and a separate, private door leading to pool/patio area

~ Guest bedroom , with two single white beds with poster headboards; spacious closet with two wooden louvered sliding doors; two large windows - one overlooking yard (sea side) and the other, overlooking front yard and verandah; private ensuite complete with (tub/shower/vanity/sink/toilet)

. three hall closets for linens and additional personal storage
. large, bright living room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking covered verandah and front yard, complete with cable TV, DVD player, portable stereo & CD player
. open concept kitchen with island bar and stools; large window above kitchen sink overlooking pool/patio area; new side-by-side refrigerator, solid-top cook range, and built-in dishwasher
. dining area adjacent to kitchen, with sliding glass doors opening onto patio and pool

The 'Sea Gate' Suite also features a large, private verandah, complete with an array of high-back lawn/beach chairs in a rainbow of colors where guests at Sea Gate Suite gather in the evening to the watch the sunset ... as well as two large, private yards ... located at the front and S. side of Seagate House. The S. garden also has an outdoor shower for sand removal, after a day at the beach!

Tenants of the Sea Gate Suite Grand Bahama vacation rental have access to the shared backyard features of Seagate House, which include:

. an in-ground pool (approximately 18'x 36'), surrounded by tiled walkways and maintained regularly by a local pool company.
. a tiled patio area, for sunbathing and poolside lounging
. a large, tiled outdoor dining area, completely sheltered from the elements
. three separate eating areas: 2 small, round patio tables; 1 large, rectangle table (seats 12) and 12 new white metal arm chairs, complete with new seat cushions
. one new, large, stainless steel propane BBQ with tank.
The Sea Gate suite has been tastefully decorated and outfitted with new furniture, window treatments, fully equipped kitchen, bed, bath and beach linens, island collectibles and artifacts, and just enough personal touches to help you feel completely at home.

Sea Gate Suite's two bedrooms accommodate 4 people. For each additional person (maximum total of *6), the following rates apply:  April - December $75/week per person; January - April  $100/week per person.  (Please note that Sea Gate will accommodate a Queen size portable bed for additional two people)
~ $80 standard cleaning fee per rental period
~ $200.00/week - $500.00/month damage deposit (happily refunded upon check–out inspection)
~ Sea Gate Suite is non smoking, outside smoking available in covered area.
~ Well behaved children and small pets are warmly welcome.
~ 50% deposit at confirmation of bookings.
~ Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise available.
~ Note: ADDITIONAL REDUCTION FOR BOOKING TWO MONTHS OR LONGER!

Other services available upon request:
~ maid service (current Island hourly rate)
~ Your 'pre-arrival' grocery/liquor provisioning (15% shopping fee)
